- THE AIIB IS THE ADEQUATE STRUCTURE FOR A GLOBAL FINANCIAL AND POLITICAL POWER SHIFT FROM THE WEST

Exactly one year ago, in an article available here, Africabiz Online claimed, GLOBAL ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL CHANGE IS HERE. NOW! To explaining that the debasement of the petrodollar system, had started.

In the immediate following delivery, it had been stated that, THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA TO LIFTING THE DEVELOPING OF EMERGING NATIONS is pointing at the horizon - as the BRICS nations, during a gathering at Fortaleza, Brazil, July 14-15, 2014, decided to set up a Developing Bank to compete with the IMF and the World Bank - That decision taken by the BRICS nations was a posthumous victory for Gadaffi.

The BRICS nations's Developing bank is now a reality since the setup by China, on October 2014, of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Yes, the AIIB is in fact the BRICS nations's developing bank announced at Fortelaza on July 2014!

The BRICS nations's decision-makers had just chose the Asian naming to mask their move and make the new entity attractive to the whole world. (The denomination might morph in a near future to reflect that or the AIIB would become the majority stocks-holder in the Brics Development Bank.)

The subterfuge of labeling the new financial organization as an Asian entity worked well as we witnessed the stampede of western nations to join during the month of March 2015, together with all the member-states of the non-aligned movement. Only missing are: the United States of America, Canada and North Korea!

- The Next Step: The General Assembly of the Brics's Nations

So, the whole world, excepted the United States of America, Canada and North Korea (at the time of this writing,) is now member of the AIIB. That means the AIIB is equal to the World Bank and the IMF, but without the blocking voting power of the United States of America!

One can bet that the next step would be the setup of a General Assembly of the BRICS Nations. Call it what you want: World Assembly, Assembly of World's Regions - and so on. It would replace the United Nations General Assembly. Very soon.

And a Supreme Council of the World Assembly (or whatever) would replace the United Nations's Security Council, comprising seven to nine entities/regions: 1 - Asian countries except China; 2 - China; 3 -The Russian Federation; 4 - South America; 5 - Northern America; 6 - sub-Saharan Africa; 7 - Northern Africa and the Middle East; 8 - Pacific nations (Australia, New-Zeland and the Isles); 9 - Europe except Russia. Each region would wield/have veto power.

And the conundrum of reshaping the United Nations Security Council - which is currently stalled by the reluctance shown by the reigning powers, France, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, would finally be solved.

- Focus All Your Energy to Building a New Structure to Replace the Old Obsolete One - As Socrates Advised

The reform of the World BanK and the International Monetary Fund, to accommodate rights and privileges of emerging powers such as China and other developing nations, had been blocked by the United States of America Congress. Ditto for the reform of the United Nations's Security Council.

Now, all the obstacles laid down by the United States of America and allies, France and the United Kingdom to blocking the reforms of the IMF, the World Bank and UN's Security Council are reduced to ashes by the setup of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

Doubtless, 2015, would definitely be the year of long awaited real changes in global financial, economic and political areas as exposed in this delivery
